S/Sgt John S Davis was born Jan 15, 1922 in Harrisburg, PA. He enlisted in the Army Air Corps Oct 5, 1942 at the age of 20. He would ultimately become a B-17 waist gunner.
He married Janet Bair Sept 29, 1945 and they had three children, John, Sue and Peter. Jack spent his career working for Amp Incorporated in Harrisburg, Pa and died in May 1989.
