Dear Mrs. Farrow,

     Just a short note to let you know that Bud's mother & Dad received a post card from him.  It was written June 18th.  We are all very thrilled over that card.

    He said "things are getting brighter every day", and that he "hoped every one was fine--that would be his main worry now".

     I think that's wonderful that Gene will soon be back to the states.  I know you can hardly wait.  Give my regards to him.
